Twenty energy crews are working throughout the city for this purpose.

Healthcare in Cali
Cali's healthcare network has been stabilized, with beds becoming available in recent hours due to a decrease in the number of injured people requiring medical attention. However, the implementation of the hospital red alert remains in effect. The complete closure of Clínica Nuestra and Sanitas de la Roosevelt is reported due to significant structural damage, as well as the partial closure of services at Hospital Universitario del Valle (HUV) and Clínica Colombia due to significant damage to the infrastructure.
